Hello there.

This is Peter Werner.

First of all, thank you so much for considering buying a ticket for yourself and someone you care about. I’m incredibly grateful. If you’re still not quite sure whether you’re going yet, I’ve written the world’s crispest press text right here.

But first, a poem:
“There’s a show coming soon, we’re just winging it a bit. The sun is shining and look how blue the sky is. You should never eat chicken that is raw. My name is Peter Werner and I can still get it up.”

If that wasn’t enough to convince you, read on: I’ve now started working on my second stand-up show! After WERNER ABOUT YOU turned out to be an overwhelming success, I’m ready again. This time it will be bigger and wilder than ever before.

It’s no secret that sequels are often a bit worse than the original. Think The Matrix, Die Hard, the Bible and Harry Potter. To avoid that, I plan to treat my new show IGNORANT as if it were my very last show ever. I’ll have to neglect my girlfriend, my training, my friends and family – just to make sure that you leave the show feeling it was worth every penny. In fact, more than that. Everyone has to suffer for this show – except you, the audience.

Of course, I hope it won’t be my last show. If all goes well, there’ll be a third, fourth and fifth (I dream of being able to afford an electric decanter to aerate my cheap wine). So you can expect a Marvel-like franchise – just with a slightly grumpy guy from Southern Jutland at the centre. What is “IGNORANT” about?

In Ignorant, I talk about the world from my perspective. I’m going for edgy jokes, energy and stupidity – so I’ll be going all in, in true Peter Werner style. No one is spared, everyone gets roasted. I can’t promise you’ll leave any wiser, but that’s never been my goal. Comedy is what I live for, and all I dream of is creating a show where you laugh so much your abs start complaining halfway through. The world is burning, my friends. But not during my show. I hope you’ll come out and be ignorant with me for an evening.
