Passage grave
Passage graves are large stone burial monuments from the Neolithic period, built more than 5,000 years ago. They consist of a burial chamber with a narrow entrance passage and were originally covered by an earthen mound. The graves were used for collective burials over generations and today form some of the oldest visible traces of human activity on Bornholm.
