Bornholm’s cosiest Christmas market for the whole family

Treat yourself and your family to a very special Christmas experience at the Christmas market at Bornholms Middelaldercenter on Saturday, 5 December, from 10 am to 3 pm.

In the atmospheric surroundings of the fortified manor, the village’s cosy Guild Hall and the centre’s museum shop, you will find a variety of stalls and activities for the whole family.

The stalls offer both medieval-inspired and modern arts and crafts, handmade items, jewellery and toys, as well as different types of mead and honey. You can also enjoy freshly baked traditional Danish pastries, saffron buns and honey hearts, try a filled pancake made from a medieval recipe or warm up with a spiced Luthendrank.

There will be creative activities, and the knights will take to the field for combat displays, so there is plenty to experience for both children and adults.

Admission is free on this day, so bring your family and friends and enjoy the medieval centre’s beautiful buildings and natural surroundings in a wintry atmosphere.
