Allinge Røgeri is located by the harbour in Allinge and combines classic Bornholm smokehouse traditions with a relaxed summer atmosphere. Guests can sit indoors or outside and choose from smoked fish, a fish buffet and dishes from the menu, while the smokehouse shop sells smoked products and other Bornholm specialities to take home.
Fresh herring is smoked during the season, and the large outdoor seating area makes the smokehouse an inviting place for lunch, dinner or a break overlooking the water. Children can enjoy an outdoor play area with a playhouse, sandpit and swings.
During the peak season, the atmosphere changes as evening approaches. Live music is performed by a changing line-up of musicians and bands, often with free admission. The combination of smoked fish, music, summer evenings and views across the Baltic Sea has made Allinge Røgeri more than a traditional place to eat – and a lively meeting place in Allinge throughout the summer.
