Bornholm Museum in Rønne presents the island’s rich cultural history through a wide range of exhibitions. Visitors can explore everything from Bornholm’s archaeology and the Nordic region’s largest collection of gold-foil figures to displays on maritime history, Bornholm clocks, ethnography and everyday life across different periods – including the occupation, the bombings and the Cold War. The museum also features a special exhibition on the Energy Island in collaboration with Baltic Energy Island.

On the top floor, visitors will find an old-fashioned schoolroom, a toy collection and a playroom for children, making the museum an engaging destination for the whole family. Bornholm Museum is a key place to discover the island’s history, culture and the many stories that have shaped Bornholm over time.
