Randkløve
Randkløve lies between Saltuna and Bølshavn and features a particularly dramatic and scenic stretch of coastline with outstanding natural experiences.
Randkløve Skår is one of Bornholm’s most well-known natural landmarks and one of the island’s notable attractions. The fissure is a narrow rock cleft extending approximately 50 metres into the bedrock and reaching a depth of up to around 16 metres. It was formed by natural forces over thousands of years and today stands as an impressive example of Bornholm’s fissure valley landscape.
Randkløve Skår can be explored on foot via the coastal path along Bornholm’s rocky coastline. Alternatively, visitors can follow the signposted route to the car park at Randkløvevej 26 and from there walk along the path down towards the coast.
The area has been protected since 1905 in order to preserve its unique natural environment, and climbing on the rocks is therefore not permitted.
