Snogebæk
Snogebæk is a charming little fishing village, full of atmosphere and summer activities. The village has a great deal to offer, and many pleasant moments await visitors.
For many years, Snogebæk has been one of the island’s lively summer towns, where people gather to dine at local restaurants, sing along to live music at the iconic Sørens Værtshus, or simply take a walk along the pier, Balka Beach or through the surrounding beautiful countryside. There is atmosphere and activity to suit every taste.
Snogebæk offers a varied selection of places to eat, as well as a range of charming small shops, craftspeople and ice cream parlours. A visit to Kjærstrup Chokolade, which started its business here in Snogebæk, is guaranteed to bring a smile to faces young and old.
The special atmosphere, the cosy outdoor life and the fantastic Balka Beach make Snogebæk one of Bornholm’s delightful summer oases.

Sankt Hans Eve in Snogebæk is a special summer evening by the harbour.
Sankt Hans is the Danish celebration of Midsummer, traditionally marked with large bonfires. Families, friends and visitors gather around the fire while conversations flow and children enjoy the long, bright summer evening.
